We also notarise documents for clients and provide nominee services. In view of the need to speedily resolve labor, commercial and banking briefs speedily, we often employ alternative dispute resolution (ADR) mechanisms for quick redress both within and outside Nigeria.

Clientele And Briefs

In our more than three decades of legal practice, our clientele has grown to embrace not only individuals but also private and public institutions. Accordingly, we feel honoured for providing our services, at various times, to   State Governments, the Federal Government of Nigeria, various State and Federal Parastatals, the Nigerian Army, numerous Banks and Insurance Companies, Petroleum Marketing Companies, Hoteliers, Airlines, foreign Companies, Diplomatic Missions, e.t.c.

We were also for about ten years involved in the mediation process for the peaceful settlement of the land, maritime, oil and gas resources dispute between Cameroon and Nigeria following the decision of the International Court of Justice at The Hague in 2002. In early 2014, we completed Law Reforms and Law Drafting for the Yobe State Government.

We currently deal with loan recovery for the Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) and Clients involved in the CBN Anchor Borrower’s Scheme.
